Court cases that POSSESS the paranormal
It’s (finally) Spooky Szn! Nowhere is safe from the spook and paranormal, not even in Court. Maria and guest/future lawyer, Andrea cover two cases of “possession”:
- David Berkowitz (Son of Sam) who used “possession” as a defense and claimed the neighbor's dog was possessed and instructed David to kill
- Arne Cheyenne Johnson, this landmark case known as “The Devil Made Me Do It” was the first known court case in the U.S. where the defense was the claim of demonic possession and denial of personal responsibility for the crime
